CAD/CAM
 Precision tooling is a key factor in our ability to deliver close-tolerance, high quality microwave circuit boards, thin metal etching, etc. Fine resolution photo plotting is a key to insuring tight tolerances and dimensional reliability. To achieve this, we utilize the latest in hardware and software packages including AutoCAD 2004, E-CAM 350 Version 5, Corel Draw Version 11, PDF 2 CAD Version 6.1 and various drill and route programs. Micro-Chem, Inc. can manufacture products from these various types of files i.e.: DWG, DXF, GBR, PCB and we can plot out your design from your detailed drawings. Our equipment consists of Colight DMVL-930 Exposure unit and a Technilith Diazo dry developer MD 6000. In addition, our qualified staff is available to communicate with your engineers and assist with technical design considerations. |
