Micro-Chem, Inc. utilizes four Excellon Driller/Router Machines for all of your drilling and routing needs. By using the latest 100,00 rpm air bearing spindles, Micro-Chem, Inc. can offer our customers a .005” finished hole size of the highest quality.

We also carry an extensive inventory of drill bits. New drill bits are used for every order, which requires drilling. To maintain the utmost hole quality, we do not purchase or use re-sharpened drill bits.

From prototypes to production runs, we are the PWB manufacturer for you!
