Quality Assurance
  Micro-Chem, Inc. has a complete Inspection facility with equipment that is maintained and calibrated on a scheduled basis. Our inspection equipment includes an Optek V1800 Video measuring system for first article inspection and in-process sample inspection. The V1800 is accurate to within .0002". Bausch & Lomb stereo zoom microscopes are used on surface inspections and a CMI XRX9OO X-Ray Fluorescence system and a CMI 700-Cu thickness measuring instrument is used for checking deposition of precious metals. An Olympus Toolmaker's Microscope with digital readout is used to insure dimensions of critical line widths. Micro-Chem, Inc.'s Quality Assurance manual is available for review upon request. We are dock to stock authorized by several companies and are ISO 9001:2000 certified. |
