Micro-Chem, Inc. has a complete Inspection facility with equipment that is maintained and calibrated on a scheduled basis. Our inspection equipment includes an Optek V1800 Video measuring system for first article inspection and in-process sample inspection. The V1800 is accurate to within .0002". LEICA scope and Bausch & Lomb stereo zoom microscopes are utilized for surface inspections and a CMI XRX9OO X-Ray Fluorescence system for checking precious metal thickness and a CMI 700-Cu thickness measuring instrument is used for copper thickness deposition. An Olympus Toolmaker's Microscope with digital readout is used to insure dimensions of critical line widths.
